Slow stroll down the hill

"Slow stroll down the hill" was inspired by an absolutely stunning sunset that the artist have enjoyed greatly on a cold late Autumn weekday where locals walk their dogs and stroll quietly around the hill. This piece is inspired by the solitude that she enjoys very much and the solitude seemingly enjoyed by the locals here. There is only the sound of the birds, the soft rustle when one walks on the pile of dried leaves, the mesmerising sight that makes one pause to marvel and to remember. The orange, red, yellow hues of late Autumn and golden sparkles of the sunset on the Petersham Hotel are just so captivating.

Visitors and locals came to this beautiful spot for a slow stroll and to marvel at the stunning sunset. This piece is inspired by a little girl's long pause at the spot, looking far ahead into the view without moving an inch in the cold. This piece is inspired by the solitude that she enjoys very much and the solitude seemingly enjoyed by the locals here. The bright winter sunset, cold crisp fresh air and golden sparkles of the sunset on the Petersham Hotel are just so captivating. "A girl & her best friend in Richmond II" is all about dreams. This piece is inspired by the artist's strong desire to own a dog after spending a day with her good friend's beloved golden retriever. This piece speaks of the tender kindness and love towards one's companion. The lady and the dog are sharing a quiet moment, enjoying the peaceful moment together at the mesmerising Richmond bridge view. It is December, it is late autumn to winter, it is cold and it warrants a down coat and a beanie. The leaves are withering and almost bare. In spite of that, it was a bright clear day. It is a dream. It is a realistic dream. It is to inspire one to work towards one's dream.

"Reflections at the arch II" invites one to pause, breathe and ponder. Under the Richmond bridge arch, it is peaceful with the sounds of the city just faintly heard in the background, and the steady flow of the river offering a sense of calm. The River Thames flows gently beneath the Richmond bridge, its surface calm and reflective. The water catches the soft rays of the morning, with a few ripples from the wavering boats under the bridge. The bridge's shadow stretches over the river, adding a quiet stillness to the scene and almost a perfect symmetry.
